Why can't I hear people when they call me?
When people call me or I call them I can't hear out of the ear speaker part. I have the volume turned all the way up. Do I need to get a new phone?
iPhone 4S, iOS 7, It was running on iOS 6.1.4
Hi tylermarie,do you have screen cover on ur phone,make sure the speaker sound are not cover from protection,check it and pull out any cover on it,the phone are not faulty.
