4s doesn't stop charging since Ios 7 installed?

This is expected behaviour. As long as as the iphone is corrected to power it will show a lighting bolt.

iOS 7 changed this, iOS 6 and previous versions used to have a charger icon when full charged.

If you're phone is getting hot, as opposed to warm, while charging. you may have a hardware problem. You might want to have Apple take a look at it.

Yep, same for me, it won't stop charging...

Is the charging icon still pulsating, or is it static once it reaches 100%?

Actually, Apple removed the battery animation in iOS beta 3 during the summer. So you won't see it now; I've examined my iPhone while it's charging, with several different wallpapers to make sure it wasn't an optical illusion, but there is no pulsing lightning bolt. Please note the date of that video - it was posted just prior to the beta 3 release on July 8.

Yup, no pulsing on my iPhone 5 or iPad 3.

Yup - solid green and says "100%" on mine until you unplug it, at which point it turns white (depending on background, it might be black on a light background) and says "100%" with no lightning bolt visible. It also says "100% charged" briefly, just below the time when you first wake it up when it's still plugged in.
