everytime you unlock the phone while playing music it restarts the song from the beginning what can we do! probably just wait for a fix

Nearly same problem here.
I use an iPad mini and when I unlock while listening to music the song is set back a few seconds or minutes.

I had the same problem and did a reboot, for me that solved the problem.
How to reboot your iPhone:
1. Hold down the Home button (that’s the big button in the lower front) and the Sleep / Wake button (that’s the little button on the top right) down.
2. Keep holding until you see the screen go black and then the Apple logo appear.
3. Voila! Your iPhone has been rebooted. Resume your blissful life and forget that anything bad happened with your iPhone.

I agree that rebooting / powering off and powering on fixes the problem. But in the two days I've been running iO7, I've had this bug pop up twice.
I did it, it worked for the music player but now i have another issue where the screen becomes unresponsive to touch from time to time. i would have to reset the springboard and wait a few seconds. ive done 3 resets since then still the same issue. this is after the 7.0.2
I have this problem too.
I'm curious, are you listening to long (2+ hours) tracks when this happens?
Reset your iPhone, worked for me. Hope it works for you too.
