Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
So I updated my Iphone 4 to the Ios 7 and was trying to clean my phone up. At the bottom of iTunes it shows the bar with the different colors. Well now I see a green that say documents and data. It is using alot of my memory. What is this and how do I clean it up?

Restore it as new again.
I did. It still shows 12gb in use by g@d only knows what.
I don't use iCloud, so that doesn't work for me
