the iPhone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorised for purchased items that are on this iPhone

This happed to me just now, yesterday is still fine, but then it does not sync anymore just now. I've tried deauthorize and authorize again but DID not solve this problem.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a fix but I ended up going to the Itunes Store going to the Purchases section and then downloading all my apps "not on this computer" (this is what I wanted to sync) once I did that I stopped getting an error message about losing my purchases so I could update to iso7 and didn't lose any of my app data.

I'm still getting the authorization message but everything has synced.

Dear John,

BRILLIANT!! It works!!!! Thanks for this!

For others, follow John's work around. GO to say tones, select, unselect the list, or go to Music and change the play list, then select your original settings, and click on APPLY. It will sync all the wat through. In case it gives u the same error, disconnect and reconnect the phone to itunes, DONT SAY SYNC, fiddle with itunes as above, a setting here or there and let it synch itslef.

then it works.

WHile John, had found this solution, AGAIN, we have Users solving APPLE's issues. Can they look at these forums and fix the problems themselves????????
