How can I play all the songs in one genre in iOS7's music app?

Suppose you want to listen to only blues music. In the music app in iOS 7 I can't find a way to select all the songs from one genre. When you select "genre" it takes you to a list of artist in that genre but there's no way to select all the songs. In previous iOS all you had to do was select "all artist" and then "play all songs". In iOS 7 I can't seem to find that option. I've tried using Siri but if the genre of music you have is not in English then Siri won't understand. Also Siri only works if it's connected to a network. What if your not connected and you want to listen to just Blues. Is this option not in the music app in iOS 7 or am I over looking something?

Thank You. I had organized my entire library based on Genres and was getting a bit frustrated with IOS7 ..... atleast now i know there is a way out , however cumbersome it is ..... cannot understand how they could erase the easiest way and substitute with complex and ridiculous updates ..... guess it boils down to proper quality check and someone in Apple is no longer interested in quality .... Just my 2 cents.

ℹAnother quick fix: ask Siri to play/shuffle the genre, such as "Shuffle my holiday genre, please." Then you can go into Now Playing to skip songs, repay, etc. Glad I'm not the only one who liked to play by genre and doesn't like this change.

iTunes has been going downhill for a year or more - functionality is gone, but at least it looks cool! My sister summed up the iOS 7 problem best: With the first iPhones, you could start them up and pretty much figure out functions on your own. It was that easy, and I liked that. Now it seems like you need a computer science degree to operate them. I'm all for reading the manual, but come on! It seems like everyday I'm going on the Web to find a solution to some problem - and I have a Bachelor's in IT! When someone with a computer degree has problems operating your OS, you have problems with your OS!

I ended up solving the problem very easely: Stop using my iPod Touch 5th Gen for listening music and now I use my Galaxy S4 and I can choose which player to use... PowerAmp and Apollo are graet. Much better than the built in app in iOS 7. I used to love my iPod touch. I used to use it for not draining my cellphone battery and because it has a very good DAC/Amp. But since my S4 i9500 (international variant with Wolfson's DAC) plays FLAC audio flawlessly, I now can ditch the iOS 7 crap. I barely use it anymore. Too bad that we can downgrade to iOS 6 though ¬¬

I was starting to think on switching and give Apple a try with an iPhone & iPad, but since all the iOS 7 crap, I'll stick with Android and the ability to choose what do I want to do with the device I payed for... Sorry Apple, you've lost another customer.

Thank you! This also works for Artists if you want to listen to all the works of a particular artist without the jumping shuffle nonsense or having to select the next album each time (pretty handy if you like to listen to music like this while driving and don't fancy wrecking the car). Only kicker is it looks like you can't start from anywhere but the first song on the first album.

Let me go on record to say that the brainiac who decided to discontinue the iPod Classic deserves to spend the rest of their life with wet socks. I miss it already and mine hasn't even finished dying yet.
