IOS7 Wallpaper Jumping

Hello Everyone,

I'm assuming this is a software bug, but just in case, I thought I would share it. IOS 7 added moving wallpaper that seams to follow your face behind the icons. However, sometimes when I open an app and return to the home screen, I'll see the wallpaper jump a little towards the top of the screen. It's almost as if it sees my face and tries to quickly adjust the wallpaper. It happens on stock wallpapers as well as downloaded. Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks,

Gabe

I agree that this is definitely something that was most likely noticed by Apple, but ignored for the time being. They were pressed to not only release IOS7, but have a brand new phone to go with it by a certain date and time. Unfortunately, we become the testers, and that means recognizing all the little things that Apple purposely ignored. On the positive side, they get public feedback that helps them justify what gets fixed and at what cost.

In all honestly, I think the world would have been willing to wait another month or so while they corrected the jumping wallpaper issue and fine tuned all the little bugs. At times like this, I wonder if Steve would have felt the same way. I'm certain he would have removed parallax all together unit it worked to his satisfaction.

On another unrelated note, Infinity Blade 3 is crashing consistently on my iphone 5s. It is very unfortunately that this game was demoed as a flagship. Ironically, it runs better on the iphone 5.

Same issue here. Switching between apps is not smooth. The icons jump slightly when the screen maximizes. Also, the wallpaper jumps around when switching apps. This isn't the case in the same version of ios on my 4S. Disabling parallax does not fix it for me. My wife's 5S exhibits the same behavior. I wonder if it's worth contacting Apple.
