IOS7 Wallpaper Jumping

Hello Everyone,

I'm assuming this is a software bug, but just in case, I thought I would share it. IOS 7 added moving wallpaper that seams to follow your face behind the icons. However, sometimes when I open an app and return to the home screen, I'll see the wallpaper jump a little towards the top of the screen. It's almost as if it sees my face and tries to quickly adjust the wallpaper. It happens on stock wallpapers as well as downloaded. Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks,

Gabe

7.0.4 and I'm still seeing this problem. Turning reduce motion on hasn't fixed it for me. What's strange is that some people are saying they've seen this but they know it's already been fixed. Both my girlfriend and I have a 5s (on 7.0.4) and are seeing this annoying bug. I have a new iPad mini and an old 4S here - both also on 7.0.4 - and it's not there. I tried on a colleague's iPhone 5 and it's not doing it so it seems like it's definitely a 5s issue.

I refuse to believe that it's been fixed for anyone who owns a 5s. They probably think this is about the shifting of wallpaper/icons when reduce motion is turned off, but that's a different issue, which HAS been fixed.

This is about the transition from exiting the app-switcher/multitasking dock. I've also noticed that if you open the app-switcher whilst in an app, and then swipe to close the app you were in, the stuff at the top of the screen (time, battery, signal, etc) appears within the app-switcher, which makes the transition back to the home screen even worse, as the two sets of time, battery and signal icons have to merge and you really see the glitch this way. Like it hesitates in the last second and then snaps into position.

I had a look on YouTube to see and review videos that showed the app-switcher in action and on the 5s, they all do this little glitch, but people just don't seem to notice it.
