front facing camera issue in iphone 5s

Hi All,

Today i bought a new iphone 5s and front faceing camera is not working properly when i use the Hangout or Skype Apps. Please check the below screenshoot. any suggestions? i reset my phone multiple times but still same issue.

SO as I. My camera is totally black.

Also when yesterday O was truing to see my girl in Skype we had a lot of issues. Like the front face camera not working.
