iOS7 deleted my contacts HELP

I did the back up before I did the upgrade to iOS7, its been working fine for a few days now I LOST ALL MY CONTACTS! 😠

I had an iCloud account but how do I get all my contacts back to my iPhone?

Restoring from either iTunes or iCloud will let you get the lost contacts back, however, the restore will erase all the content and settings on your iPhone and all the data generated after the backup will be lost. So, generally, it’s not a wise choice. Fortunately, since you have backups, you can try to extract the contacts from either the iTunes backup or iCloud backup using an iPhone backup extractor.

Other than restoring and extracting from backups, there are still other ways to recover iPhone contacts:

Copy from old phone’s SIM card;
Sync with other cloud service;
Scan iPhone to find deleted contacts using a recovery tool.
