Two iPhones with same Apple ID and want two separate icloud accounts.

I have two iPhones both of which are set up with the same Apple ID. How can I set up separate icloud accounts for each phone? My phone has same email for Apple ID and icloud account. I wants wife's phone to have icloud set up with her own email account. Right now her phone keeps automatically reverting to my email address for icloud.

iPhone 5, iOS 7

To migrate to a separate account she will have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the current account to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted (if she's running iOS 7), choose Keep on My iPhone (to keep a copy of the iCloud data on her phone), then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data to the account. (Deleting the account only deletes it from her phone, not from iCloud. This won't effect your phone.)

Once she's on a separate account, you can each sign into your account on icloud.com and delete the other person's data from your account.

I tried these steps and successfully deleted the iCloud account from my phone. When I go to sign back in under Settings>iCloud with a new apple ID and password, I get a popup that says "User name or password is incorrect." What am I doing wrong? Right now we have 2 phones with same Apple ID which is giving us all kinds of problems with merged contacts, calendars, reminders, messages. Trying to unlink them in iCloud, but not iTunes. Help, please!!!

You're welcome. As you mentioned, once you are on separate accounts, you each need to manually delete the other person's data from your account. This is much easier to do on icloud.com than on your phone, where you can click multiple items at a time (by either shift-clicking contiguous entries or control-clicking discontiguous entries), and then pressing delete.

Hello everyone.. I'm facing a similar situation. I'm having an apple id on my iPhone. Recently i purchased an iPad air and used same apple id that is on my iPhone for app store purchases. I've not yet set up an iCloud account on my iPad. On my iPhone i used the same apple id as my iCloud id. I want to have a separate iCloud account for my iPad as i don't want to share data other than app purchases between my iPad and iPhone..

Please guide me how to do it.. And kindly advice if there is any other solution to my problem..

Thanks in advance..
