Lock Screen notification center - I want messages to show in the N/C but not on the actual lock screen itself. Any way to do this?

In ios7, is there any way to have incoming text messages show up in the notification center on the lock screen but not pop up on the actual lock screen itself? I cant get this combination to work and it seems like it shoud. The text notificaitons do not show at all on the L/S notification center unless I choose the allow on lock screen option. But this not only puts it in the L/S notification center but also adds it to the lock screen itself. I dont want it to do both.

Elena, I think I am closer to the source of the bug. Please expermiment to see if the following bug occurs on your phone:

1. Completely power down your iPhone (not just sleep).

2. While your iPhone is powered down, call your iPhone from another phone. Let the call be a missed call (i.e., let the call ring for bit from the other phone).

3. Let your iPhone stayed powered down for a couple minutes, enough time that it would have received notification of the missed call if the iPhone were powered on.

4. Power on your iPhone.

5. Let your iPhone sit in the lock screen for a couple minutes.

6. Enter the code to get past the lock screen.

7. See if you have any missed notifications.

8. Put your iPhone to sleep (i.e., don't power down this time).

9. Call your iPhone again and let the called be missed.

10. See if your missed call, or any other notification, ever shows up in the notification center of the lock screen.

I suspect that your iPhone will no longer receive any notifications in the notification center of the lock sreen. I don't know why the bug is there for me, but it's there. How do I issue a request to Apple to fix this problem?

There is a bug. After booting your phone N/C works as it should, but after the screen locks for the first time, N/C clears it self and stops functioning.
