Clear Shared links on safari iOS 7?

How do I clear the 'shared links' tab on iOS 7 safari, which are links posted by people I follow on twitter.

Revoke access from the web

To revoke the Twitter for iPhone app’s access to your account from the web:

  1. Sign in to your account from a desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Go to your Apps settings. GEAR button drops down to SETTINGS
  3. Locate the, APPS (left column) iOS for Twitter application and click Revoke access. (Save it)
  4. REBOOT the phone....all LINKS will be gone after reboot

After clicking on the Twitter app in the left column of the Settings app, you should see your Twitter account name in the right column. Click on that to bring up an account screen. This is giving your iPad access to your Twitter account (and vice versa). Scroll down this screen and click the delete button.


You do NOT need to recreate this account. You do not want the iPad to have access to your Twitter account. It is this connection that is allowing Twitter to fill your shared links with rubbish.
