Locate an Apple retail store through the Apple.com website and make the appointment.

Go online & search for the Apple store you want to use...each one has a website...you'll see right on the main page how to book a genius bar appointment.

the site takes you away from making an appointment, it forces to make you use online resources first but provides no way to get to the appointment.

Oh yes and then it tells you there is no appointments...losing the will to live !! especially as the chat help said go online and book one FFS.
