I want to make an appointment to see the technician for my phone only shows iTurnes when Plug in the power. Not sure why??

Your device is in Recovery Mode. You need to plug the device into the computer, start iTunes, and restore the device. However, if you wish to make a Genius Bar appointment, you can do so using the Apple Store app, or online as discussed earlier in this thread. If you attempt online, it will take you through a number of steps to try to correct your issue first, but you can get to the appointment screen soon enough.

This site used to be user friendly to make an appointment at the genius bar, now its nearly imposible to delve through the multiple layers...I have been on this site numerous times, on the phone and chat (you can see the records). I've had disconnects, dropped calls (not from me as I was at home with great reception, the techs never bothered to call back) then I had several chats that were inturupted, new techs signed on, the new person said they were un-able to read the chat. The prior person said they made 3 back to back appointments only to find out there was only one.

To sum it all up...service stinks!

Tell me how I can make my own appointment to exchange these phones that are under warranty please.
