I was just noticing my volume button (+) is rattling, I didn't realize it is seemingly common with my fellow space grey owners
Yeah I noticed this day one..and it is seemingly an APPLE iPHONE 5s manufacturing issue. I stopped by a local APPLE store this evening just to see what the response would be and the staff I spoke to were very passive and dismissive? I may have to contact APPLE support by phone as this issue has been a topic here at the APPLE SUPPORT FORUMS as well. This is an issue for me as I am paying the retail cost for my phone. I'm looking forward to resolving this issue without having to return this device i.e. canceling my upgrade.
including the ( - ) button? Seeing it is one piece?

Got the email yesterday 21st october my iphone 5s gold has been dispatched!!! Apple have said that delivery will be 04 nov but UPS have said thrusday 24th october. So hopefully its here thrusday!
When did you order it?
My money has been put back in to my account and everyday that I'm waiting I'm closer to getting a Samsung instead!
VRZN is on it and ordered me a replacement, Hopefully APPLE acknowledges the apparent bad batch and steps up their offshore APPLE iPHONE 5s quality control.
Mine just shipped out. Literally, just got a tracking number. Now, I will add that I ordered the Space Gray-32 GB from Sprint. Says it should be here the 24th. I'm in the US & its shipping from KY.
Hey everyone im the one who made this post and i had sprint and i got my iphone 5s from them 2 weeks ago almost and literally a week later i cancled with them and im returing the phone once i get the return kit, and i got tmobile and literally i got the tmobile 5s the same day i went to sign up with them and i have great coverage, and then later i notice that the one i got from tmobile the power button broke and so i went back the store and returned the phone for an exchange the guys said they where out of stock and i got my phone today not even have to wait 2 days i got 2 iphones 5s from tmobile in less then 3 days either i have good luck or something. But tmobile seems to be getting alot of stock i bought it at a retail store by the way. space gray 16gb they also had gold and silver
I place an order with Apple for two phones on Sep 29th at 1 am and 2 weeks ago received and email saying shipment for Oct 24th-28th and estimated delivery Nov 4th. Seeing that we are now on Oct 22nd I think I'm pretty much going to be receiving these phones on the 4th. I am extremely disappointed to know that some people are receiving their phones before me when it their orders were place after.
Update for you, I cancelled my order with Apple and ordered the pink customised one I made ^_^ bit of a longer wait but I'm so used to waiting.

My wife's 16gb gold 5s got delivered this morning (UK). She actually cuddled the UPS guy lol
Ordered iphone 5s gold 64g on the morning of Sept 20 and I'm STILL waiting for them to ship it. Says delivery date Nov 4. Really apple? Why are you punishing your most valued customers by not meeting your demand? Old phone broke and have been with out a phone for a month now, so maybe I'm upset about that :)
Yeah there doesn't seem to be any set order on how they are shipping. I got my 16gb space grey a week past on Monday and the gold 16gb arrived today. Both where ordered on 23rd September.
Has anyones iphone 5s shipped yet??
