Has anyones iphone 5s shipped yet??

That's great news, thanks very much for that info. They must have ramped things up considerably, I waited 5 days from "preparing to dispatch" to "dispatched" for my 16gb space grey. But ye that's brilliant if it ships in the next 24hours at least, I'll be constantly checking my order now :)

It's just "processing" but money has been out my account for more than a week now! :'(

My space grey done the same. Kept switching between "preparing to dispatch" and back to "item processing" several times before it eventually dispatched.

I did was some people had done, which was I checked availability in the store near me and once one became available I cancelled online order, called AT&T to renew my upgrade, then ordered it again to be picked up in the store. Took me all of like, 20 minutes. I recommend doing that. I got the gold 16gb! So pretty!!!

I paid $50 to Sprint on September 21st to be on the waiting list for the iPhone 5s. There were only about 20-25 people in front of me. The worker at Sprint told me today that in the past month, only 6 gold iPhones have been distributed, which probably were given to the employees. I have been phone less for about 2 months.

I have also heard that people who weren't even on a waiting list were able to get a phone before those on the waiting list. I'm starting to get very impatient and irritated and I think I have been pretty reasonable with waiting for my phone. I'm thinking about just switching to the Galaxy s4. Apple is losing a lot of loyal customers throughout this situation.

I ordered my 32GB space grey 5S from Tmobile on Oct. 4th and received it on Oct. 17th. I attribute that to the fact that it's the least "sought after" color option of the three. To everyone waiting, I hope you get them soon.

Ordered a 32gb space grey from verizon on september 26th, kept saying we have received your order and it is in process with a ship date of Oct 28th. Just checked last night and I get this update

"There is an error in your order. Please refer to the email sent for more information." I never received any email from verizon I called CS and they have no idea what this error is, they see that they never sent me any email. So they said they would call me back tomorrow morning after they speak to the online orders team.

I should have just ordered from Apple because this is ridiculous.

Ordered a 16GB Gold iPhone 5S through Verizon website at approximately 11:20pm on 09/24/2013. The preorder confirmation was all I had for weeks, not even an order number. I had a ship by date of 11/11/2013 which never changed.

I kept checking for my card to be charged as I heard this was the first step, nothing changed.

Then yesterday (10/20/2013) I re-checked my status on VZW and there is a tracking #, due to arrive by Wednesday 23rd. Yay!

So, if you are only checking for your payment to process, you might want to also check your order status, apparently some are starting to be shipped WHILE payments are being processed.

16gb gold 5s ordered on the 23rd September has just dispatched. Happy days :)

Glad to hear that. I also ordered on 23rd Sept, but still no change in status other than probably shipping Oct 24-28. I hope I should hear something soon.

Any loose or rattling volume buttons out there APPLE iPHONE 5s? Seems to be common with the space grey.

I ordered 32 gb space grey October 3rd. Still waiting... I'm with Spint though. They suck for everything.

Also, since when did the companies start covering iPhones? They never wanted to cover my 4s, but they are covering the 5s now...

I still may get apple care on top. $200 for a cracked screen on the company is bizzare. Lost? fine, better than the 600+ Apple asking for 80 for a cracked screen is more do-able.

I dont understand how some have their phones shipped without charge and others like me are charged and still dont even have a tracking number yet. I ordered mine the 3rd of October. Space gray 32 GB. The wait is so iritating.
