Has anyones iphone 5s shipped yet??

I ordered a gold 64g 5S on Sept. 20 at 7AM EST. The status is still "Available to ship: October" and nothing has changed. I chatted with an Apple representative and, like others, tried to pry information. I wish I had saved the conversation.

Basically, I told her that I need to know when Apple is going to take the money out of my bank account. She gave me the same shpill (we don't know, orders are being filled as fast as they can, etc.) but then she asked when I ordered it. I told her 7AM Sept. 20 and she told me "You should probably get it this week or the next."

So, that surprised me! I was kind of shocked that she would tell me that with how secretive they are being, but there you have it. This chat was on Oct. 7th and there have been no changes since. I am waiting to see when the order hits my bank account, as I am assuming that will be my first clue.

Also, I agree with all of you. I think Apple is losing a lot of loyal customers due to the crappy relay of information.

I ordered my 32GB GOLD 5s online on 10/1 through AT&T and it was at my doorstep in a week. I too, was given the vague "October" delivery time, but I guess I was lucky enough to not have to wait so long..

I ordered 3 iphones : 1 Iphone 5c Blue , 1 space grey 64 gb Iphone 5s , 1 spacegrey 32 gb on 10/8 , the iphone 5c shipped same day and is about to arrive tomorrow ... but the 5s still in processing so I will wait and see ... ohh im in Miami, FL

I just made the decision to order the gold 5s on Friday so I know I'm at the back of the line. But c'mon Apple, I work in supply chain and any company worth its salt can give better "available to ship" dates than the frustratingly vague "October."

Ordered a space grey 16gb and a gold 16gb 5s on 23rd of September. On Monday 7th October the space grey changes to "preparing to dispatch" and my bank account was charged. The gold 5s was still on processing item. Fair enough I thought I should get the space grey one any day now. Checked my order status today and the space grey has returned to "processing item" and the money is still out my bank account. They better not charge me twice. I phoned support and was fobbed off with "it was a glitch". Yeah a glitch that went into my bank account and requested the funds, I don't think so Apple. Really, really angry about this.

ordered my 5s 64gb space grey on the 26th of sep, and they shipped it today! (9th of oct) 😀

I ordered a Gold IPhone 5s through at&t the afternoon of September 20th and i just received an email stating it will arrive on October 11. They seem to all be dispatching from Texas

I ordered my gold 32gb 5s on 9/20 from around 2pm CST (from apple.com) and I still haven't gotten a shipment notification. It's irritating to hear that others who ordered there's after that time have already recieved them. Grrr Apple.......

I got my notification this morning. I ordered the gold 16gig sprint model on sept. 20th, and today got the notification that it's scheduled to arrive on Oct. 18th. I checked the UPS tracking information and it's shipping out of China today, so the long ship time makes sense, although UPS has it scheduled to arrive Oct. 16th. I think Apple just gave it a couple extra days to be on the safe side. I hope everyone gets their shipment notification soon.

i recieved mine yesterday and activated it this morning, and it wont work, the screen keeps freezing when im in the middle of doing stuf (ie text) i cant slide the the screen to input my password to get into my phone, it will work then all of a sudden freeze

My phone still hasn't shipped. I am getting discouraged with everyone saying theirs has! Just to reiterate: I ordered the 64gb GOLD 5S on Sept. 20 at 7AM EST Verizon.

Anyone else in my same scenerio?

Anyone knows how many days it takes after the Order status turns into Preparing For Dispatch

to deliver ? in UK ....

Ordered the identical phone 3 hours before you and was delivered today. Shipped last Saturday so typically 4 business days from ship date seems to be the cycle. Hard to imagine that 3 hours of orders equals at least 5 manufacturing days. Good luck. The gold hype goes away quickly since I put it in the leather case and won't see it again until I trade up!

Mines changed to "preparing to dispatch" on Monday and my bank account was charged. Yesterday it changed back to "processing items". It's now changed back to "preparing to dispatch" again. I have no idea when I will get the phone tbh. October sometime I guess.
