How do I get siri on my iPhone 4s? I already tried restoring it as a new iPhone but it didn't work & I don't have it in my settings. Is there any other way to get siri on my phone?

Just to be sure, go to Settings>General>About. What is listed there next to "Model"?

You have an iphone4 and that is why you have no siri. it is not on that phone

You need at least an iPhone 4S to support Siri.

Unfortunately, it appears that you have a CDMA 8GB iPhone 4, not an iPhone 4S. Because of this, you are not able to have Siri as it is restricted to the 4S and new, the iPad 3rd Gen and newer, and the iPod Touch 5th Gen.
I have spent over an hour researching this and everyone has infromation about how to talk to siri and how to turn it on through your settings, but there is not one place I found that explains how you actually get siri to talk.

Once you've made sure it's turned on, press and hold the Home button. Askk a a question or make a request.

It is an iPhone 4 (just google the model number). The iPhone 4 does not support Siri.
try disabling restrictions from settings> general> restrictions> disable restrictions
