How do I get siri on my iPhone 4s? I already tried restoring it as a new iPhone but it didn't work

A) You're responding to a post that's nearly a year old and b) no amount of changing restrictions will enable Siri on an iPhone 4.

Google brought me here after I searched for a solution to this very problem. I had to read through three threads asked by iPhone 4 owners who mistakenly thought their phone was a 4s.

My phone IS a 4s and I had this exact problem. Thanks to Raman3366 I FINALLY found the solution.

I concur. If you cannot see Siri but have a iPhone 4S, it is in the restrictions penalty box so to speak.

Settings>General>Restrictions>Passcode Entry>Enable Siri will bring Siri back to home button

It was established long before raman3366 answered that no one asking about Siri in this thread had an iPhone 4S. They had both had an iPhone 4. As noted, no changes in Restrictions help them.
