I don't want to enter my password every time I open my phone. How can I disable this new feature on the IOS7 operating system for an Iphone?

iPhone 4, iOS 7

I want to disable using a passcode also. I have an iphone 4, upgraded to IOS7. When I go to Settings>General> I don't have a choice that says "Passcodes" All I have is "Passcode Lock" and no option to turn that off. Suggestions?
