I don't want to enter my password every time I open my phone. How can I disable this new feature on the IOS7 operating system for an Iphone?

I want to disable using a passcode also. I have an iphone 4, upgraded to IOS7. When I go to Settings>General> I don't have a choice that says "Passcodes" All I have is "Passcode Lock" and no option to turn that off. Suggestions?

Tap Settings -> General -> Passcodes -> Turn off Passcode.
It isn't recommended, but you can do this in Settings - General - Passcode Lock.
Next to Passcode Lock, does it say anything like After 5 minutes, etc?
Restrictions right below - is that set to ON or OFF ?
