Since upgrading to iOS 7, my cellular data is being utilized by items listed in System Services (Settings>Cellular>System Services) items like iTunes Accounts, Software Updates, Game Center, etc. When I enable my cellular data and not even use these services, even then my bytes are increasing against these items listed in System Services.
I want to know if we can control what system services can utilize my cellular data?
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1
I am also facing similar issue. The system services is using more data than is being used by any other application. And there seems to be no way to control it.
APPLE: I agree with the others, Apple definitely needs to resolve this issue. While buying such expensive phones, the buyer does not expect these kind of issues to be there. This issue is burning holes in our pockets. I am very dissatisfied with Apple.
I am having the same problem. I have tried to raise a support issue with Apple but my support period has expired. System Services - Time & Location is what is eating up all of my allowance.
I have just been through and turned off or changed most of the Always settings to When using the App to see if that helps at all!
Is anyone still in their support period and able to do a live chat with Apple support to see if they have any suggestions?

My family is having this problem, too, and it's costing us a fortune. No one can figure out how to stop System Services from using all their data, and we also can't figure out WHY it needs so much data.
Any suggestions from Apple? Or has anyone heard anything new?

Just in case anybody comes across this issue again - I disabled "Keychain" under Settings->iCloud and it resolved the issue. Looks like it attempts to re-download the keychain as part of some sort of data-using infinite loop. For me this blew through 4.2 GB of data in about 24 hours but since I disabled keychain this has stopped.
Incredibly annoying as I've had a text from Verizon already telling me I'm 75% of the way through my data usage and I've only had the device 24 hours.

Saw this on the developer blog:
Happy to report that turning off the Cellular settings for iCloud Drive, Apple Music, and the App Store has helped immensely. Pity it's not in the same place that the rest of the Cellular toggles are.
