Different phones receiving same texts

My brother and I have both downloaded iOS 7 and ever since we have our phone will receive text messages meant for only one of our phones even though our phones are two completely different numbers (no I'm not texting in a group he still shows up as the person I'm texting when he jumps in on the conversation) and anything I send and revive he can see and even join in on the conversation and vice versa. (Both of our phones are registered to the same apple account)
