I need an answer to the question above. If I could find out what the best solution to my problem that would be just awesome! So the question is how much is my Iphone4s worth if I can trade it in somewhere? Will I get enough money to buy the Iphone 5s? as you can see I have multiple questions to be answered on this one topic.

Since you're not trading your phone in here, no one here can possibly answer that question. Go to wherever you want to trade, if they offer such, and see what they say.
I wish apple did a trade in program at their apple stores but I believe you answer solved my question!

P.S. Bestbuy does do a trade in program but the reason I asked was I didn't know if Apple did a trrade in program.

They do in the US, called a "Reuse" program. They evaluate your phone & give you a figure. If you agree, you must purchase a contract phone on the spot.
However, you'd get far more money selling the phone yourself.
Oh see I did not know that. The apple store I in my hometown said they don't do that. But when I have time I will re-check on that.
