Restart the computer with the Command and R keys held down, use the Disk Utility to erase the partition containing Mac OS X, and install a new OS onto it.

Did not work - uused Command and keys Option abd R keys

Booting or restoring?
Cmd-R goes to the hard drive recovery partition.
Cmd-Opt-R goes to Internet Recovery and requires a WiFi network with WPA/WPA2 encryption (or an ethernet cable).
Are you using an external wireless keyboard?
