iOS 7 safari mp4 videos won't stream, will play locally

In iOS 7.01 Safari (and Chrome for that matter) I'm having trouble streaming MP4 videos, which in iOS 6 worked perfectly. Doesn't matter whether the extension is .mp4, .m4v, or .mov, no luck. If the same video is synced onto the iPad or iPhone and played locally from the device, it works.. but streaming in Safari does not.

We're a video production company, and we're making the MP4 files the same as we always did, but in iOS 7 they don't work.

Ideas?
