What is this!?
I was working on my pages file, then pages crashed.
The file was saved in iCloud and when I tried to open the file again, I received this message "The required index.xml file is missing."
Help!
But I did read them (6 of them) in v. 5 and they're all still readable in '09.

Thank you! It works. I too almost collapsed from dread when my Pages files (and I have many) would not open in my new retina pro. You're sharing like this truly matters. Regards, nicholsloy studio

Unable to now open documents that I could open last week. My options to OPiEN WITH are these: I tried all of the options below and none of them worked. Received the message seen at the bottom here. Any ideas of what to do? Thanks in advance. Keri
You are trying to open a Pages 5 file with Pages '09 (the blue ink bottle icon).
Open it with the latest version: Pages 5.6.1.
