(A1387) iPhone 4s Stuck at plug in to itunes screen after 7.0.2 Update

I updated my iPhone 4s (A1387) via itunes today (itunes 11.1.0.126) from 7.0 up to 7.02, every thing was going normal, when the download was done it went to install, my iPhone rebooted and now is sitting at the "Plug in to iTunes" screen, when I plug the phone in i heard the windows chime saying it regonizes something is plugged in but nothing is showing up in iTunes, ( when i manually open it because it is not auto opening ) also there is nothing under the 'Computer' tab in windows. Since iTunes does not regonize the phone I can not do a restore, I tried DFU mode, I could hear the windows chime when I plugged the phone in but no responce from iTunes. Any help would be welcome.

It attempted to updated to 7.0.2 today but never made it, the iPhone is just locked up at a screen telling me to plug my phone in to iTunes. When I plug the phone in nothing happens ( as described above ) when I plug the phone in while in DFU mode i get the following promps : which always lead to the error; note this was with out selecting the custom .ipsw and just letting iTunes pick the one I should have. Small Break-Thru DFU mode is now working ! how ever after i do "Restore and Update" ( the only option there is ) it gives me an error after a few moments of 'Extracting Software' saying that "The iPhone 'iphone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3194) when i click more information it sends me here -- http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275

Any help is welcomed.

Update, I downloaded a 7.0.0 .ipsw file to try and roll back my phone, while my phone was in DFU mode plugged it in, iTunes detected it in recovery mode, restored the phone with the downloaded 7.0.0 file i found at ( http://appldnld.apple.com/iOS7/091-9486.20130918.V5WIX/iPhone4,1_7.0_11A465_Rest ore.ipsw ) and still got the same 3194 error... I have disabled my anti-virus. Any ideas ?

As a last ditch I downloaded the 7.0.2 update and tried to install it manually, with the same result, I got an error. I made an appointment at the apple store over an hour away tomorrow to see if they can fix it. I love that apple releases an update that cripple phones ( several cases of the same problem cropping up all over ) and then they don't even acknowledge that there was an error with their updated that was meant to fix a security error in the first place. I just feel like this company having QC problems as of late.
