If you check, every single major update has caused some issues for a percentage of users, yes even under Steve Jobs. And history has shown that Apple rolls out updates to address issues on a regular basis. This will be no exception and it will be the same with future major updates to iOS. It doesn't mean there's a major problem. Just for some there have been issues. And like what was posted above people assume when something doesn't work perfectly, it's Apple fault. But there are SO MANY variables Apple has no control over, for example:

  • Routers that cause issues with Wifi connections
  • Firewalls and anti-virus software that interfere with software downloads
  • DIfferent operating systems and their speed and condition
  • People who don't completely follow the directions when updating, yet scream when they themselves unwittingly cause the problem

I'm sure there are others I'm not addressing, but to believe Apple's at fault because a few people have issues, is just wrong. Here's a different analogy. Every single person in my office has an iPhone and most have an iPad. Not one person has experienced any issues with iOS 7.0.2. Not the upgrade, not Wifi, nothing. They may not be as happy with the look as with iOS 6, but they're getting used to it. And even those who don't like the look, are really happy with the new functions in the OS.

The only real issues i've experienced with ios 7.02 on iphone 4 is that in order to get control center to pop up i have to literally kep swiping up around 15-20+ times which is extremely annoying, especially when you want quick access and just end up going to settings to actually do what i wanted to do.

My second issue is on some web pages, when i click a link i get taken to a blank page (error 202? i think) usually i'd have to hold down on the link and wait for the ‘open’ or ‘open in new page’ options for it to work.

Anyone else experiencing these problems?

Been having the same issue with IOS 7.0.2 have a 5 (IOS 6.x) and 5S (7.0.1) read that 7.0.2 was supposed to fix a security issue but made things worse. when click the power button getting the white apple logo basically telling me the phone rebooted. this seems to hppen itermintenly.

Also audio has issue wheater it's a recording or voice mail you click play and it doesn't move only viable fix is to force reboot the phone.
