Ok so basically I plugged my iPod cable into the computer so it can charge. Then later on I plugged it back into the wall then for some reason it stopped working.. I even bought a new charger and the same thing is happening:/ it only charges till 20% then I doesn't charge anymore.. Someone please tell me what to do?:'(

I would start with restarting the iPod Touch and seeing how the charging goes.
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists, try resetting the device, then let it charge over night.
If your device stops responding, you can reset it by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
If the issue still persists, I would backup and restore your iPod Touch with iTunes.
