Ios7 problems, safari crashes

This new iOS 7 has ruined the whole ipad experience for me. I use this as a browser, email tool and music library. The browser randomly crashes on a very frequent bases, some times a page opens and other times the same page crashes safari and I have to relaunch. The browser seems sluggish I feel like I just took a giant step backwards. Email is clunky and slow to respond, requires multiple touches to change folders. Music sound terrible, has hangs in sound and generally sounds glitchy. Not at all enjoyable.

I wish I had just kept dismissing the pop up asking me to update.

If you asked me a week ago about the ipad I would have told you it was great. If it was lost or stolen I would run out that day and buy a replacement. Ask me now and I would say good riddance.

Apple really blew it on this one, they took an excellent product and turned it into a frustrating pile of hardware. If ios7 was not intended for the ipad 2 why are their servers pushing it out to devices that they should not.

I have searched and found that I am not alone in these problems but have not seen any solutions.

Apple apparently has a built in script not to never admit a problem is on more than your device. I'm betting this is drilled in. I told the guy about issues on the forums.mhe said "well, we can't do anything about other iPads ..l"

On my paperwork $299 will be charged off to somewhere. So if it were just one device, I see the cost effectiveness of their model. But not large numbers.

I'm betting someone in the media.will pick this up soon.

My AppleCare continues.

Update.

I am currently in shock.

So I went against my own advice and went to the Apple Store today to return my unused cover and discuss my issue with my new iPad Air, the Genius guy said just return it for a new one after showing him the same crash when doing a pinch zoom.

So 5 minutes later I had a new iPad Air in the store, turned it on in the store and could not repeat the crashing.

I have now been using my iPad Air for a few hours, with a full restore from iCloud and it has not crashed once?

I have no idea. Not sure what to say?...

Any ideas?

Oh yeah just for giggles I checked out the new Microsoft Surface Pro 2. Not bad but IMHO it's still to heavy 2 pounds and I don't like the form factor to wide.

The lack or should I say complete failure to focus on detail is demostrated on the link http://www.apple.com/feedback kindly posted by Ethanjeffery above. Thanks for the link. The page under the iPad heading brings up a form that requests the operating system for iPad bug report but only offers the Mac OSXX choices with no option for iOS6 or iOS7 - could this be they are trying to duck the multiple issues with iOS.

This is my first and very probably last brush with Apple as their attention to detail appears to have evaporated.

I've created a test to get better insight into when Safari is Crashing.

When you go to http://vici.org/memtest.html the script will try to claim 50Mb of memory, in steps of 1Mb. The script shows a running counter so you will see how well your browser performs and when it crashes (if it does). The script stores the results in a database, so I will publish some aggregated results as soon as I have some data.

Thanks.
