Ios7 problems, safari crashes

This new iOS 7 has ruined the whole ipad experience for me. I use this as a browser, email tool and music library. The browser randomly crashes on a very frequent bases, some times a page opens and other times the same page crashes safari and I have to relaunch. The browser seems sluggish I feel like I just took a giant step backwards. Email is clunky and slow to respond, requires multiple touches to change folders. Music sound terrible, has hangs in sound and generally sounds glitchy. Not at all enjoyable.

I wish I had just kept dismissing the pop up asking me to update.

If you asked me a week ago about the ipad I would have told you it was great. If it was lost or stolen I would run out that day and buy a replacement. Ask me now and I would say good riddance.

Apple really blew it on this one, they took an excellent product and turned it into a frustrating pile of hardware. If ios7 was not intended for the ipad 2 why are their servers pushing it out to devices that they should not.

I have searched and found that I am not alone in these problems but have not seen any solutions.

Got to Love Apple, SO I just got off the phone with a "Senior" advisor, nice girl, had me a doa complete system restore through itunes, of course it didn't work. Then I asked her if anyone at Apple ever reads the Apple Support Communites and said of course, so I procedded and told her to run the test there, she said it was not allowed.

She then told me to return it and get a 3rd replacement and reminded me that she has not heard o f this issue..

Was doing some random searches in this discussion forum using keywords "iPad Air crashes/iOS7 crashes/low memory crashes" etc. I only searched back 2 or 3 days and you see the result below. Many of us are having the same issues...multiple discussions opened each under a separate topic apparently.

Making progress. After several calls to a Sr. Tech I was sent to an Apple store and asked to crash their iPads. I showed one of the Geniuses and then several more. Someone is now in the back office phoning an Engineering office somewhere.

I think the fact that I proved it can be done on any and every machine in their inventory caught their attention.

My guess he will say, "yeah there a few glitches on IOS7" kind of like healthcare.gov

Then he continues to say off the record "you want a stable web experience get a Surface 2"

Which I may just do exactly that. All I use my tablet for is email, web and you tube. NO GAMES.

I have until November 21 to return my IPad Air for a full refund if this is not fixed.

When (if) you get a callback, ask him to look at this thread (and the many other ones) on this discussion forum. One I found really interesting was from a developer that was getting a lot of complaints about his app crashing. He opened a "bug" report and Apple closed it saying was a dup of another report that had already been closed. Here is an excerpt from the thread "Safari Crashes in iOS7 on iPad - Memory Issue?":

I raised a Bug Report for this with Apple (ref: 15250706) but they have come back saying it is a duplicate of another bug report which is already closed (ref: 14914802)! I can't work out how to find out what Bug Report 14914802 is and why it has been closed and it doesn't come up when I search for it. Can anyone help? I've replied back to Apple asking the same question too.

As a number of you have said, websites that have previously worked fine on every web browser available have stopped working in iOS7, so this is clearly a major flaw in iOS7. The crash logs that Apple asked me for showed that it was definitely a memory issue, so I can only assume that Apple has released an operating system that is simply too big for the devices it is intended to run on. I'm not sure what else we can do to get this addressed.
