MICROPHONE WORKS FOR SPEAKER PHONE DURING A CALL, BUT NOT WITH THE REGULAR PHONE MICROPHONE. THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE CALL HEARS NOTHING UNLESS I SWITCH OVER TO SPEAKER PHONE. PLEASE HELP
I HAVE TRIED RESTARTING THE PHONE AND RECENTLY INSTALLED IOS7
Try these steps as needed
1. Reset phone (no data loss): Press both home and on/off buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears
2. Restore iOS in iTunes, also restoring a backup
3. Restore iOS as new, without using a backup.
