Hey folks, I'm new to Mac and the question is the topic's name. I still would like to keep the RED spellig check underline though. I mostly type other languages other than English, so the black underline text is really annoying.

It's not a spelling underline, it's a BLACK underline, appear immediately while you start typing. Please read carefully people question before you answer.

Different applications have different spell checking options. In general you will find an application's options by pulling down on the application's name (just to the right of the Apple in the upper left corner) and selecting Preferences. For example Word has spelling preferences but Mail does not.
