Hello, i recently bought an ipod 5g ios7 from my friend i restored it and upon activation it said that i need the apple id from the person who set it up, i have no way of contacting her. someone please help i need answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an iOS 7 security feature. They should have taken care of this before they gave it to you.
is there ANY way to bypass this.?
I don't know of a way; but if there was it would be an exploit that we would not be permitted to talk about on these forums.
Re-install ios7. You got locked out because you have the beta. Al ost everyone gets locked out for the beta

If you have the same problem then you need to get the person who sold you the iPod to go into their iCloud account and turn off Find My iPhone on that device.
