Hi..My iphone 5 is disabled. when turning on,phone only goes to emergency calls only and doesn't say slide to unlock.. please help asap as i need my phone for work..thnx

You will have to force the phone into recovery mode, as described here, and restore it:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
This will remove the passcode.
hi an thnx.. but this didnt fix the problem..ive tryed to restore a few times an same error #3194 appears every time.
when turning on phone apple screen appears then main screen comes on as Phone Is Disabled and only emergency calls appear, this does not let me put in a password to access phone.
Hello again, still no luck, ive tried all possible ways to unlock phone. is there there any other way to unlock phone without using apple?
Did you follow ALL of the steps in that support article regarding error 3194? If so, as that artcle states, your phone may need service. Make an appointment at any Apple store.
