how to downgrade ios7 to ios6.1.3?

i am getting error 3194 when doing it using ipsw firmware file of ios6.1.3.. please help!!!

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.2

That's because downgrading the iOS is NOT supported. Never has been.

Respect your rights? No one forced you to upgrade. If you did and you dont like it then you'll just have to deal with it or sell your device and buy a new one that is hopefully not updated.
