Latest Driver for 6750m? (MPB Early 2011) Want to play BF4!

After taking the summer off from playing games on my MBP I have the itch again. I formated my bootcamp partition and installed Windows 8, but the bootcamp AMD drivers are pretty old and horrible. I tried playing the BF4 beta but it suggested I upgrade to something later than 13.1. I remember I did this with BF3 2 years ago, but I'm having problems finding the right driver and how to install it correctly. Can someone point me in the right direction? I also tried AMD's autodetect driver installer, but it said I had incompatible hardware....

MacBook Pro, Windows 8, Gaming

I was in a similar situation that you are in. It's frustrating because AMD doesn't have a link on their page to the mobile drives that you need.

When you go to to support.amd.com and click on Find Your Driver, in the right hand column there should be a category for Latest AMD Catalyst™ Drivers for Radeon™ HD 7000, HD 6000 and HD 5000 Series. Click on Windows 7/Windows 8 (64-bit) link. There is a link to download Catalyst Software Suite in green. DON'T click on it. Unfortunately this is for standard series GPU's and not the mobility driver. Instead, right click on Catalyst Software Suite and select Copy Link Address.

Open a new tab and paste in the address. It should appear similar to this: "http://www2.ati.com/drivers/13-9_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe". Now you have to edit the link to point to the mobile version by adding "/mobile" and "_mobility": http://www2.ati.com/drivers/mobile/13-9_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe

It should start the download automatically. Hope this helps.

This may be an old post, but for those still looking for an answer you can get the 13.12 (December 2013) AMD graphics driver from https://www.dropbox.com/sh/915fpdtgbgoksct/kOY7bKHgKq Select "Download->Download as .zip".

I only modded the driver for the windows 7 64-bit install, so if you using windows 8 under bootcamp you'll have to follow the included instructions yourself.

Please let me know/like this post if this works for you. (It would be great if you could report whether it worked based on using Win 7 or Win 8)
