Have you tried a three finger double tap?
I think they're asking why their wallpaper for their lockscreen doesn't fit anymore?
If that's the case, a bunch of us are having that issue as well. Some have found it useful to take a screenshot of the picture you want to use, then use THAT picture for your wallpaper. That seems to shrink it enough to fit.
I would guess because you enabled Zoom in Settings/General/Accessibility. Apple can't fix it, you have to undo what you did. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5018
