Reduce Motion option not available on iPhone 4
I have gone to Settings>General>Accessibility, but "Reduce Motion" is not there??
iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2
That's because the 4 doesn't support the motion effects that option reduces to begin with. There is nothing to reduce.
