I have to chime in as well! All I can say is that this is one of the most frustrating and confusing issues I have ever dealt with on a phone. I have owned every single iphone since the 3G, and I know currently own a 64gig 5S. I cannot exactly recall when this beeping on the phone began, but I do think it started with the first iphone 5S I purchased. I would tell my family members, "can you please stop hitting the buttons on your phone" and they would always reply the screen is off and on speakerphone, or their headset, so there was no way that was even possible. It was very confusing to me, seemed to go away for a few calls, and then come roaring back. Depending on the length of a call you can hear it once, or as many as six times, with no pattern at all. I have exchanged multiple iphone 5S's now, and replaced my sim card. So you all know, I have ATT for service as well. It does not seem to be an accessory or hardware issue. I have a follow up call with an ATT supervisor to see what the next step is, but at this point I think it is service related. All I know is that it is the most frustrating experience ever! Let's keep this thread going until we figure out what is going on. Is it ATT only? It does seem to be affecting more than just iPhone 5S's, does it happen on other phones on ATT? All questions I would like to know. In the meantime, my examination of this issue carries on.
