My Ipad got stuck when downloading Ios7.0.2 automatically and was not aware of having installed ios7
iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6.1.4, it stays black can't install ios7
Try resetting your iPad and then see if you can finish the download and install.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
