iTunes 11.1.1 (Mac OS X, Mountain Lion), iTunes Radio stuck on "Unable to Create..." page

iTunes 11.1.1 , iTunes Radio feature seems stuck on this page.

I've tried restarting iTunes itself, after quitting from this tab and from other tabs.

I've tried logging out and restarting iTunes.

I've tried logging out and restarting the iMac altogether and then iTunes.

Nothing seems to clear this page of iTunes Radio.

This happened after the last release of iTunes and Mac OS X Mountain Lion update a day or two ago.

Any solutions to be able to get iTunes Radion working again?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

One other note, I am connected to the internet, the store functions in iTunes seem to be working just fine, just the radio tab in library.

It might be me, but your png link brings up a 'page not found' message from the apple communities website.

Okay, I just grabbed the download of iTunes 11, I think the app was corrupted as I couldn't load TV shows without it crashing either. Installing over the update install seems to have fixed this issue, and several other oddities I'd noticed since I posted.
