Why does Safari refresh all the time? I really didn't have this problem until I downloaded iOS 7! It's really annoying!!!

iOS7 adds "background app refresh." Go to settings to turn this off. It will also save on battery life and processor speed.

There are 215 pages of this in another apple thread. It is not just Safari. It is a memory bug. They haven't fixed it yet Even with iOS 8

Did some research and no fix is available...

I have this problem on iOS 8.

I use Safari with clients. I need speed and efficiency.

When I have to go to another APP and then come back to Safari. I have to refresh to go back to the page I just opened, even just a few minutes ago.

This MAKES ZERO SENSE to me.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
