WIFI NOT WORKING AFTER IOS UPGRADE

My 4s really works perfect before update, Im sure that is not a hardware issue because always I so carefully with my phone, never drops or something like it.

I think that we need to try to contact somebody from Apple to be responsable with this problem and find a solution for all us.

surely Apple moderate these forums and keep an eye on what is being reported?

I've heard that Apple are looking into it trying to get a fix and service providers are aware there is an issue; but there's no official response as yet

It is a confirmed hardware issue. Apple is quietly letting their stores replace 4s phones still under warranty for free. If not it costs $199. The genius who replaced mine today says there is a conflict in the new OS that will not read the wifi and Bluetooth hardware or bios and it cannot be fixed through a software or firmware upgrade. They need to replace the phones. I received mine under my extended apple care warranty. Best $49 I ever spent two years ago.

like you say, quietly replacing 4s phones; because they know it's their responsibility, which is ok for those still under warranty, however, since the 4s came out some time ago there's a lot of people out of warranty!

similar comments from the genius as another post; conflict in the new os and cannot be fixed through software/firmware; suggests it's a hardware problem due to the conflict with the new updated OS!

therefore, as previously suggested the update to ios7.0.2 has caused a hardware conflict/compatibility issue with 4s phones, their software update has caused the hardware malfunction . . . . . and the cry is out of warranty!

by my logic they should replace phones with the issue becuase they caused it!
