Most of the pictures that load on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone are pixely and only loaded half way or not at all. My iMessage only works sometimes. Most websites I visit won't let me click on anything and all of my screens keep freezing! Its so frustrating!

It's really hard to tell from here. I cannot even guess at a mechanism that would cause those same effects on both your Mac and your iOS devices. The only exception is the pictures, if they all have the same source.
Have you considered making an appointment with a Genius at an Apple Store (or national equivalent)?
