why i can't open the youtube app in my ipad mini??

eventhough it says the app of youtube is downloaded, i cannot see the app icon in menu and of course it doesn't open!! what can i do? on my iphone5 works perfectly!

iPad, iOS 7.0.2

Hold down the home and power buttons simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.
