1. Restart your WiFi router by removing power to it for 30 seconds
2. Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings if above doesn't work.
Hi,
I am having a stranged problem regarding wi-fi access with my iPad4. Once my ipad goes into sleep mode then the signal drops. If I am right beside the wi-fi modem then it can reconnect with no issues. However, if I am in the next room, even though I can see the network and it has a full signal, I cannot connect. I get prompted for a username and password (it doesn't connect when I input them) or I get a message saying "unable to connect".
I have reset the modem multiple times. When I check the set-up of my modem I can see that the iPad is visible and has been assigned and IP address. I have reset the network settings on the iPad multiple times as well.
This problem has only started recently. Anybody got any suggestions as to how I can solve this?
Thanks
Kevin
