Hello, On GarageBand I would like to know how to pose his voice on a music which I have to download.

I am not quite sure what you want to achieve? Sorry.
Do you want to to use a downloaded file as a backing track to sing along to that track?
Or do you want to replace a vocal track in an audio file by your own voice?
Please explain.
