Folders display a greyed out question mark in the header?

Had a Genius rebuild my User ID, because nothing responded correctly. Now everything works, but...I still have a grey question mark at the top of every folder I open or create. I have run Repair Permissions, I've reset the global password using Terminal...etc.


Any thoughts?

OS 10.7.5

Take the iMac right back to the repair shop. Only this time................

When it’s time to pick up your computer from the repair shop:


*** Before you leave the repair shop, make sure you have the repair tech(s) power the comp up and demonstrate that it is indeed working & repaired properly to your satisfaction.***
