This is only the smallest part of the solution. The first part is the hardest part, because it is the part that UNHIDES the above search box.
For example, there are many views in iTunes, and none of them have the search box above unless you change something, something that Apple has made very non-intuitive and obscure. I suppose on purpose, to keep people from being able to buy stuff. That is the new Apple under Tim Cook -- make stuff lousy, non-intuitive, and make people get frustrated enough that they buy other solutions that work better.

As you can see, there is no search bar anywhere, nor will there ever be a search bar that is visible, unless you do the following ultra-obscure action:
